Rare sculptural Italian table lamp by Goffredo Reggiani, featuring a monumental rectangular metal base, slender chrome stem, white hemispherical shade and two exposed lateral bulbs. The highly graphic composition combines architectural geometry with a playful, almost totemic quality.
A superb example of Italian lighting design that functions equally well as a sculptural decorative object or atmospheric lamp. Its restrained palette of white and chrome makes it remarkably versatile in both period and contemporary interiors. Particularly effective on a console, credenza, side table or pedestal where the silhouette can be fully appreciated.
