Designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, this Circle table exemplifies the designer’s refined modernist approach and mastery of form. Produced in the Netherlands, the table features an aluminum and chrome base with a circular top with a diameter of 80 cm, offering a compact yet confident presence suited to both dining and occasional use. The tabletop is finished in beautifully figured laminated zebrano wood, selected for its expressive linear grain and natural warmth. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The zebrano laminated wood top is exceptionally well preserved, with no visible stains, warping, or structural issues. The surface shows only very very minor signs of age-appropriate wear upon close inspection, consistent with careful use and handling. The table is intact and beautifully figured throughout.
The base is structurally sound and stable, made of aluminum and chrome, with light, unobtrusive wear commensurate with age. Overall, the table presents at a very high aesthetic and functional standard and is ready for immediate use.
