Return Policy
A return for one of our items may be initiated within 3 days of delivery, in the EU within 14 days of delivery (applyingbto EU rules), by contacting ︎ MooieStukken within this return-period.
The following rules apply for any return:

• Customer/Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

• Customer/Buyer is responsible for the item until it is returned undamaged to us. In case damage occurred during the returning transport, customer has to pay for the item.

• Please take note that an item that is going to be returned, must be clearly stated as returned item. Any import duties on returning items must be paid by customer/buyer.

• If an item is returned, does customer pay for the total cost of insured transport both ways.

• Items must be returned in the condition received. And should be ensured for proper insurance coverage.

• Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at our discretion.

• Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost.
